We mainly use contact forms on our website. Our contact forms typically only collect information such as name, email address, phone number  to help us communicate with you when you enquire about our services and to contact you when such services are available or complete. We may also use your data when we open support tickets  or repair tickets to keep a record of your communication with us so the conversation can progress smoothly making our service to you more efficient.

Our support or repair tickets are used to log your enquiry or repair onto our system and to communicate new information when available to you. This information can be a response to your enquiry or a notification that your repair is complete and your device ready to pick up. We use email, phone call and/or text for this communication.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.

We always urge all and any of our customers to securely store sensitive information and access codes and passwords from their devices securely. All SIM cards and memory cards must be removed from devices when they are left with us for repair.
